10KM COURSE ALONG A COASTAL PATH
Run from Greystones to Bray via the coastal path with sweeping views and no traffic

TRAIL RUN
The terrain will keep you interested with beaches, sealed paths and rough, uneven trail

With unobstructed views across Dublin Bay you will feel as though you have escaped from it all while only minutes from the bustling towns of Greystones and Bray

THE 10KM CLIFF TOP TRAIL RUN

Greystones to Bray via the cliff trail.
STAGE 1:
You will start the run at the far end of Greystones beach, make your way along the shore line to the start of the cliff path.
STAGE 2:
You will follow the cliff top trail back to Bray enjoying stunning and dramatic views across the Irish sea. You will cover a number of terrains including beaches, footpaths and the firm rough track across the cliffs.
STAGE 3:
The race will finish at the bandstand on Bray Promenade after the final run along the beach itself. This beach is a stone beach so is very uneven underfoot.

You must be in Wave 1 in order to win in any category
You must be over 16 years of age on the day of the race to enter.

ENTRY FEE INCLUDES

• Cool event technical t-shirt which will be presented at the finish line
• Post-event food from John West!
• Free party and 1 Free Drink at the Martello and entry into Koo nightclub
• Timing chips
• Fabulous views (well ok we can’t take all the credit there!)

Please note t-shirts are ordered 4 weeks in advance of the race. Entries after this may have to have t-shirt posted out.

Registration takes place on Saturday 31 March 2018 from 14:00-16:30

RACE START TIMES

IT IS THE PERFECT RACE TO CHOOSE FOR YOUR FIRST 10KM RUN FOR MANY REASONS INCLUDING:

1. As it is a trail run the terrain is varied and not as hard on the body as running on the road or footpaths.
2. The views are so beautiful on a spring evening that they help to take your mind off any physical struggle you might be having.
3. The combination of varying terrain (cliff path, beach, promenade) and the views make this an interesting and memorable run which is what you want for your first time doing this distance in a race.
4. There is an after-race party (need we say anymore).

We are also always here at the end of the phone or email to answer any queries you have or to advise you where we can on your preparations.
