For Business Listings

-On Activiti, all new listings made by business owners or representatives of businesses will be checked by an editor before the listing goes live on www.activiti.ie. This is so we can check that links are working, and proof-read content for spelling  & grammatical errors.

-We aim to approve all Listings within 24 hours of receipt, and often much sooner. If there are any problems with the Listing we will contact you on the email address that you provided.

-It is the responsibility of the business owner or representative to update any information that is the subject of change or out-of-date. If you no longer wish to advertise a certain class, facility or amenity, It is not the responsibility of Activiti to change this.

-We reserve the right to reject any Listings that we do not deem appropriate for the site. In this case any money paid would be refunded in full.

-If you wish to cancel your membership at any time you must notify us in writing at info@activiti.ie no later than 7 days before the renewal period.

-Packages are bought on either an annual or monthly basis, If you cancel a membership half way through a membership period you will not be entitled to a refund of the time remaining.

-Businesses listing themselves on Activiti.ie for the first time are entitled to a 3 month free trial on the premium package. This free trial starts the day they’re listing is accepted on has gone live on Activiti.ie.

-Businesses are not entitled to more than 1 listing per facility. Any recreation of business listings will be flagged and not accepted.

-All listing content on Activiti.ie remains the property of the listed business and is not representative or represented by Activiti. This includes any text, graphics, images, audio, video, business information including opening hours, contact details, membership packages, prices and class information, facilities and amenities.

-Activiti holds no responsibility for the actions of or goods and services provided by any listed business. 

-All content outside of listings, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, logos, video and audio clips, contact information, page layout remains the property of Activiti or our affiliates where stated.

-You may not copy content from www.activiti.ie with a view to creating or compiling any form of compilation, collection, directory or database unless given express written permission to do so by Activiti.

For Users

-Activiti.ie may contain links to other sites including, but not limited to, those of Listed Businesses.  Although checked by Activiti upon application, these sites are not under the control of Activiti.  We assume no responsibility for the content of such Websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them.  The inclusion of a link to another site on this Website does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.

Accounts and Listing Fees

-In order to post a Listing on Activiti.ie you must create an account which will contain certain personal details.  By creating an Account you represent and warrant that:

• all information you submit is accurate and truthful; and
• you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.

-A Listing Fee will be charged for each Listing you post on www.activiti.ie.

-Your PayPal account will be billed at the time at which your listing goes live and monthly or yearly thereafter until cancellation or termination.

-Failure to pay before the renewal date may result in the  termination of your Listing

-Your first payment will be at the price advertised at the time. Activiti reserve the right to change listing fees from time to time and any such changes may affect your recurring payments

-Should an increase in price be necessary you will be notified 30 days prior to your renewal date of such an increase and have the option to cancel your Listing

-If you terminate a Listing and/or your Account, your Listing(s) will be removed at the end of the paid term unless you request them to be removed sooner.

Termination and/or Suspension

If Activiti terminates or suspends your Account as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions you may not be entitled to any refund.

Privacy

-Use of the Website is also governed by our Cookie and Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.
